Bemyndiganden om återköp och överlåtelse av egna aktier Stämman beslutade, i enlighet med styrelsens förslag, att bemyndiga styrelsen att, vid ett eller flera tillfällen under tiden fram till nästkommande årsstämma, besluta om att förvärva högst så många egna aktier att bolaget vid var tid efter förvärv innehar sammanlagt högst tio procent av samtliga aktier i bolaget.

Styrelsen för Upsales Technology AB (publ) (”Upsales” eller ”Bolaget”) har idag beslutat att återkalla förslaget till beslut om verkställande direktörens deltagande i Teckningsoptionsprogram 2026/2029 och att ställa in den extra bolagsstämma som var planerad att hållas den 7 augusti 2026.

The interim report for Q2 2026 will be presented on 22 July at 09:30 by Upsales Technology’s CEO Daniel Wikberg. Net sales for the quarter are expected to amount to approximately 41.4 MSEK, a year-on-year increase of approximately 10.7 per cent. On a pro forma basis - excluding costs related to Aira (which was part of Upsales until the Lex ASEA dividend in mid-May 2026) and excluding extraordinary costs related to the spin-off - EBITDA margin is expected to amount to approximately 36-38 per cent. This exceeds the previously communicated guidance of 35 per cent.
