For move-out, students are required to remove all personal belongings, such as posters, clothes and room decorations, and reset all furniture to original positions, according to USF Housing and Residential Education.

Students need money and experience, but can’t always get both with an internship. With this idea in mind and being a mass communications major, I have spent countless hours searching for and applying to internships for marketing, writing and advertising. But one thing I have noticed is the phrase “unpaid internship” right at the top of many applications.

Fowler Avenue, a collective that specialized in supporting USF student-athletes, was founded in 2022 and shuttered after four years. USF softball swept conference foe FAU this past weekend behind three straight appearances, two complete games and a shutout win from sophomore pitcher Anne Long. Every game in the series was decided by a single run in favor of the Bulls — including a 14-inning game Sunday. And with the sweep, USF cemented its place atop the American Conference standings with a one-game lead over North Texas.
