Iranian Journal of Management Studies provides a valuable outlet for research and scholarship on management-orientated themes and topics. It publishes manuscripts of empirical and/or theoretical in management sciences. All empirical methods, including, but not limited to, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods, are welcomed. To be published in IJMS, a manuscript must make strong empirical and/or theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those contributions to the management field. Therefore, preference is given to articles that test, extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically investigating the issues with high importance for management theories and practices.
