Managing Associate | Advocate Supporting clients with commercial property, planning and construction matters Emma is a Managing Associate in Viberts' Property team with over ten years of experience in commercial property, planning and construction law. She advises homeowners, businesses, developers and investors, providing practical legal support tailored to each client's objectives.

Receptionist Supporting clients with a professional front-of-house experience Karen is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service at Viberts. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, she ensures every interaction is handled with professionalism, discretion and care. Helping clients through their first interaction and beyond Karen manages incoming communications, coordinates client appointments and supports day-to-day administrative tasks.

Legal Assistant Supporting clients with dispute resolution matters Daniel is a Legal Assistant in Viberts' Dispute Resolution team. He supports clients across a range of disputes, with experience in property disputes, clinical negligence and personal injury matters. His focus is on providing practical support and helping clients navigate legal issues with confidence.

Viberts is a leading offshore law firm in Jersey, providing a full range of legal services to local and international clients. As our Dispute Resolution department continues to grow, we have an exciting new role for an experienced self-motivated administrator to join our team. Previous experience working within a legal environment, or the medical sector, would be advantageous.

Senior Conveyancer Supporting clients with residential property transactions Barney is a Senior Conveyancer in Viberts' Property team, having joined the firm in June 2026. He helps clients buy, sell and refinance property, providing clear, practical guidance throughout every stage of the process.

Legal Assistant Supporting clients with corporate and employment matters Jack is a Legal Assistant supporting Viberts’ Corporate and Employment teams. He works across a range of matters, helping clients with practical and effective legal support. Helping clients through business and workplace matters Jack assists fee earners on a variety of work, including compromise agreements, trust instruments and legal opinions.

Counsel | Advocate Supporting clients with corporate and commercial disputes Alastair is Counsel in Viberts' Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, advising businesses, organisations and individuals on a wide range of complex disputes. Dual-qualified as a Jersey Advocate and English Solicitor, he brings nearly 30 years of post-qualification experience.

She supports clients with a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, helping to keep transactions progressing smoothly and efficiently. Helping clients through property transactions and lending matters Janet provides day-to-day support on residential and commercial property transactions, including matters involving property loans.
