CARVER (WBSM) — As King Richard’s Faire opens for its 45th season – and second in its new version of “Carvershire” – there are plenty of new attractions, new foods, new shows and new ways to travel back to the time of the 16th Century. Last year, King Richard’s Faire moved from its original home off Main Street in Carver, where it had spent over four decades, to the site that was formerly Edaville Railroad (now known as the Edaville Entertainment Center).

Not only will you be greeted by their friendly staff, but by a massive sign from the beloved Christmas Tree Shops. They've decorated reading nooks, rolled out the carpets, put positive affirmations on their walls, and made every effort to help their new students feel welcome and safe when they arrive. I found this little news item that I thought I'd share with my fellow Massachusetts residents, seeing as how it concerns the Bay State.
