It seems as though the '90s and early '00s music is having a resurgence and I am here for it. From the Backstreet Boys performing in Las Vegas to Sugar Ray headlining the Feast of the Blessed Sacrament, the artists and music millennials adored as teens are having a moment. Now, another singer is wiping the dust off the mic to once again return to the stage and perform her hits. Michelle Branch just announced she's going on tour and she's making not one, but two stops to Massachusetts.

Back on the night of the Strawberry Moon, I wandered out to the backyard pond at my new home in North Dartmouth with nothing more than a flashlight and my camera. The moon was hanging almost directly overhead, making it one of those perfect nights to look for green frogs and tiny peepers tucked into the grass. Then I pointed my flashlight toward the water and immediately froze. Floating across the surface were what looked like creatures straight out of Avatar.

While most people hate to see summer start to fade away, Autumn in Massachusetts is, without a doubt, the best time of the year. Warm days and cool nights, stunning fall foliage, and a bounty of delicious fall delicacies make it an absolutely wonderful time of the year.

In Massachusetts, do people say barbecue or cookout? Either way, it's a joyful outdoor gathering as the weather warms. While we're in grilling season, some folks grill all year. No disrespect to my vegan friends, but I believe meat makes outdoor picnics more enjoyable. When grilling hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks, or ribs, you can reliably satisfy everyone's appetite at your next outdoor event. However, note that grilling certain meats below is prohibited, as they are illegal and unappealing.

Roger Lopez is your average, fun-loving kid from New Bedford. He's a smart, funny, full of life boy who absolutely loves sports, basketball in particular. Singer Vanessa Carlton has won her Supreme Court case in Rhode Island. Nearly two years ago, the couple filed a lawsuit against the owners of the property next door to them in Warwick over noise complaints and invasion of privacy. Though by now the singer and her husband, John McCauley of Deer Tick, probably feel like they walked "A Thousand Miles" battling their neighbors, the Rhode Island Supreme Court has officially sided with the musicians.
