Hi! If you’re new here, I’m Naomi. I’ve been teaching movement for 21 years and writing about all things movement, fitness, wellness, and health for nearly as long. This piece is not about fitness or health, but still a topic that is important to me — the representation of women in media. This article is free to read, as is everything I share here, currently. What Moved Me: June 2026
Please enjoy this monthly round up of the books I’ve read, the music I’ve listened to, the podcasts I’ve binged, and a few other things I’m loving. As always, this monthly offering is free. Financial support makes it possible for me to do this work. For those who are already paid subscribers: thank you so much. I am so grateful for you.
