Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba is Set to Debut in The Collective
Kokoro Tokyo Mazesoba (also known as Menya Kokoro) is planning its Nevada debut. According to a Clark County permit, the new ramen eatery is expected to open in the Paradise neighborhood within The Collective at 3900 Paradise Rd, Ste B. What Now Las Vegas briefly spoke with the owner and founder, Chef Takuma Ishikawa, fondly known as “Hiro.” Hiro confirmed the opening but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
Fogo de Chão Headed to Mall in Columbia
There’s big news on the horizon for Howard County meat enthusiasts. Fogo de Chão is bringing an upscale Brazilian steakhouse experience to the Mall in Columbia, set to open at some point next year, reports Baltimore Business Journal. The restaurant is one of two concepts taking over the space at the 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway shopping center left vacant by Walrus Oyster & Ale House and Chicken + Whiskey when they closed in 2025. Fogo de Chão will be taking over the Walrus space specifically.

According to a Clark County permit, the new Detroit Corned Beef storefront is expected to open in the Southeast Las Vegas / Paradise area within the Bernardo Springs retail center at 1725 E Warm Springs Rd, Ste 5. Detroit Corned Beef owner Micah Wilson, aka Fish, told What Now Las Vegas that the plan is to debut the new Detroit Corned Beef eatery this fall.

Slow Coffee, a specialty café based in South Weymouth, is opening its second location at 106 North Street in Hingham, according to recently filed permits.
