The pilot “ejected safely” and is receiving medical care, U.S. Air Base Spangdahlem said in a statement. “Emergency response personnel are on scene,” the statement said.

Jackson, MI – Jackson Police are investigating after a person was found dead in a stairwell at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital earlier this month. Police Chief Christopher Simpson says detectives have been assigned to the case, and an autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
