The Ghost Army | News | WLIW
The Ghost Army premieres on WLIW on Thursday, May 16 at 10 p.m. The documentary tells the true story of American G.I.s – many of whom would go on to have illustrious careers in art, design and fashion – who tricked the enemy with rubber tanks, sound effects and visual illusions during the World War II. The 23rd Headquarters Special Troops staged a traveling road show of deception designed to con the Germans right on the front lines.
Broadway Marathon on Mother's Day

Broadway's Best: Stream Great Performances on WLIW
Broadway’s Best is a lineup of four incredibly special premieres on Great Performances. Set your Friday nights in May aside for Tony Award-winning performers and directors, the timeless music of Rodgers & Hammerstein, and a classic Shakespeare play filmed live at the quintessential theater experience in New York City: The Public Theater’s Free Shakespeare in the Park. These Great Performances premieres will also stream on-demand for four weeks starting the night of the premiere.
Inside Our Autistic Mind
