Patrick Clancy said the prospect of another trial in the case accusing his ex-wife of killing their three children would be "extraordinarily painful" after a Massachusetts judge declared a mistrial when jurors could not reach a unanimous verdict. Clancy's attorney, David Meier, on Friday said his client was grateful to the court and jurors for their work, commitment, and perseverance throughout the trial.
