January 6, 2026 By Abby Henson America250: Global UGRAD Alumni Connections seminar in Tbilisi, Georgia, focused on honoring the United States’ history, culture, and values. A similar seminar was held in Panama City, Panama. In commemoration of the 250th anniversary of America’s independence this year, the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD) recently hosted two seminars for alumni in Panama and Georgia.

November 19, 2025 World Learning launches today a new online store where shoppers can help make a positive impact for good. When users make a purchase, a portion of every sale is donated back to World Learning, helping it equip others worldwide to collaboratively address today’s most pressing issues through its educational and exchange programs.

October 10, 2025 The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD), funded by the U.S. Department of State and administered by World Learning, represents a strategic investment in America’s long-term economic and diplomatic interests. The program brings emerging student leaders from around the world to U.S. colleges and universities for one semester of non-degree academic study, combined with community service and professional development.
