The Klang Royal City Council (MBDK) has expressed regret after a stray dog died during an enforcement operation in Gedung Indah on Wednesday night (29 July)  following a confrontation with members of the public. The operation, which ran from 8.30 PM to midnight, was conducted in response to formal complaints from residents about safety concerns stemming from the increasing number of stray dogs in the area.

A wave of outrage has swept across Malaysia following the alleged brutal killing of a pet dog named Rocky in Taman Teluk Gedung Indah, Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor, on Wednesday night (29 July). The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) have arrested a 19-year-old local man in connection with the murder of a newborn baby girl who was found dead inside a student hostel in Taman Setia Indah, Kluang, on Wednesday (28 July). Johor Police Chief Datuk CP Dato’ Ab Rahman Arsad said the infant’s body was discovered at around 1.59 PM after police received a report from members of the public.

A mother and her two young daughters were found dead inside a bedroom of their home in Bandar Baru Tambun in Ipoh on Thursday night (30 July), prompting an investigation by police to determine the cause of the tragedy. Ipoh District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Najib Hamzah said authorities were alerted to the incident after receiving a report at approximately 9.10 PM.

A 19-year-old college student and her boyfriend have been arrested to assist with investigations following the discovery of a newborn baby girl’s body in a toilet bowl at a rental house in Taman Setia Mutiara, Kluang, Johor. During a media conference today (30 July), Johor Police Chief Datuk Ab Rahaman Arsad said the Kluang District Police Headquarters (IPD) received a report at around 1 PM on Wednesday (29 July) after the female student was admitted to Hospital Enche Besar Hajjah Kalsom.
