A six-part TV drama exploring The Beatles’ two-year stint in the German city of Hamburg will reintroduce a forgotten key player in the band’s early years, its writer said. Hamburg Days is expected to air via the BBC in 2027 or 2028. Filming began in May, with a script by Succession writer Jamie Carragher and production by Christian Schwochow (The Crown) and Mat Whitecross.
Alice Cooper Extends ‘Alice’s Attic’ Tour With Fall 2026 Dates
Alice Cooper has extended his Alice's Attic tour with a slate of fall 2026 North American dates. The newly announced tour leg will begin on Sept. 17 with an appearance at the Louder Than Life festival Louisville, Kentucky. Two more festival appearances — the Big E Fair in West Springfield, Massachusetts; and CityFolk Festival in Ottawa, Ontario — will follow before Cooper begins his proper headlining dates on Sept. 22 in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

A Heat Advisory has been issued for much of New York, including Oneida, Herkimer, Madison, Onondaga, Oswego, Montgomery, Fulton, Lewis, Jefferson, and dozens of other counties. The advisory is in effect Tuesday, July 14, from 11 a.m. through Wednesday, July 15, at 9 p.m. Forecasters say temperatures combined with high humidity could make it feel as hot as 104 degrees, creating dangerous conditions that can quickly lead to heat-related illnesses.
