Episode 48: Misery: Real Authors Who Have Been Stalked
Do you remember the movie based on the Stephen King novel, “Misery?” An author is stalked and captured by an obsessed fan. Knowing that someone who is clearly not thinking right has set their sights on you is stressful to say the least.
Clever Titles Confuse Computers (and Cost You Sales) – by Richard Hoy

We had watermelon and oodles of red, white and blue desserts. We had a particular surprise when our neighbor’s son, who is in the Army Reserve, showed up unexpectedly. He has been deployed on the border in Texas to assist Border Patrol in their operations there.
“Can you write about real people without their permission?”
Below is a conversation I had concerning writing about people without their expressed permission. Can someone write about you in a book about their life without your permission? And can they write about you if you’re dead? I am not an attorney and can’t legally give you legal advice. Please consult with an attorney for your specific legal needs.
