by Sean Casey HARRISON, N.J. - The New York Red Bulls (5-4-5) could only manage to earn a point against NYCFC (5-4-5) drawing 1-1 on Saturday night. New York started out with a flurry of chances right off the bat. Red Bull captain Emil Forsberg saw a shot blocked and later a free kick knocked away in the first 15 minutes. The Red Bulls started the game dominant in possession. Things would not last long however, as both sides became tense.

by Thomas Baldacchino SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall Pirates (15-27, 2-15) fell to the Connecticut Huskies (29-22, 12-5) on Saturday afternoon in a blowout at Mike Sheppard Sr, Stadium. Jason Kuhn got the start on the mound for the Pirates. After retiring the Huskies in order in the first inning, Maddix Dalena cranked a solo shot to open the second inning, which gave UConn an early 1-0 lead. The next batter, Nater Wachter ripped a single through the infield.

by Darren Worrell INDIANAPOLIS, IND - The Seton Hall Pirates (14-25, 2-14) were swept in the three-day series against the Butler Bulldogs (19-28, 8-7), losing 8-3 on Friday, 15-6 on Saturday, and 9-2 on Sunday at Bulldog Park. Game 1 For both the Pirates and the Bulldogs, the pitchers Grayson Bradberry and Steven Svenson started well through the first two innings.

by David Martino QUEENS, N.Y. - The Seton Hall Pirates (18-29) fell in both games of a double header on Friday to the St. John’s Red Storm (31-20) and then dropped the third and final game of the series on Sunday afternoon. It was a back and forth matchup in game one with both teams exchanging blows throughout the entire game. However, the Pirates were unable to rally back in the seventh.

by Thomas Baldacchino SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall Pirates (18-25) entered Wednesday’s game looking to snap a two-game losing streak against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (22-25), but fell 10-0 in five innings. Rachael Schumann got the start in the circle for the Pirates. Her outing got out of hand quickly when a Mia Mitchell two run blast and an RBI single from Makenna Coleman gave the Scarlet Knights an early 3-0 lead.

Darren and Vic are back to recap the hard-fought Play-In games that took place in both the Eastern and Western Conferences. Darren: Western Conference Play-In Post- Season action is back in the NBA, the best time of the year in my opinion, other than March Madness! However, if I had to be honest, I never was a big fan of the Play-In tournament.

Mason Christopher started on the bump in the final game of the weekend series against the Musketeers. His outing got off to a good start as Jorge Valdes, the first hitter he faced, grounded out to get things going.
