GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) - An Ethics Board hearing reviewing allegations of misconduct against Alderman Guy Zima, ended quickly Wednesday. "I don't think I could, in good conscious, make an unbiased decision," said Alderman Bill Glavin, who is also a part of the ethics board. "I feel strongly, because I know both parties very well. I want to keep good friendships," said Wa Yia Thao, who is also a member of the board. Two members recused themselves, each citing a conflict of interest.
