WTBX (93.9 FM) is a U.S. radio station in Hibbing, Minnesota, serving the Iron Range region. The station is owned by Midwest Communications and airs a hybrid format of hot adult contemporary and modern adult contemporary. In 2008, the station began leaning adult top 40 during the evening hours with the addition of tracks topping contemporary hit radio charts, similar to KBMX in Duluth, MN. The station has since shifted to a Contemporary Hit Radio leaning Hot AC format in order to fill the Hot AC void in the Hibbing market. The stations' playlist mainly consists of music from the 1990s, 2000s and today, with 1980s music sprinkled in every once in awhile. Even with the recent musical shifts, the station continues to have a heavy emphasis on new hit music, and continues to air CHR slated shows, such as American Top 40 and Open House Party. Source

LIMA, Sept 5 (Reuters) – Peru declared a state of emergency in five high-security prisons on Saturday, allowing police and military forces to take control of the facilities in response to citizens’ security concerns, the government said in a decree. The 60-day measure was issued by the government of President Keiko Fujimori, who took office in late July, and aims to combat criminal organizations operating from inside prisons toward the outside.

Greek F-4 crashes during an air show near Athens, ERT reports
ATHENS, Sept 5 (Reuters) – A Greek F-4 Phantom fighter jet crashed on Saturday during an air show at Tanagra airport, near Athens, according to Greek public broadcaster ERT. Video footage from ERT showed a column of black smoke rising a few hundred metres from spectators watching the air show.
