The agreement values Humana’s minority interest stake at approximately $900 million.

(“Zep”), in the sale of Zep to an affiliate of Truelink Capital Management (“Truelink”). Zep is a leading innovator, producer and distributor of maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation solutions for food and beverage, industrial, institutional and retail customers. Truelink is a middle-market private equity firm based in Los Angeles. New Mountain is a New York-based investment firm.
