There are so many: Douglas Adams is at the top, Mark Twain, Stephen King etc.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
Searching for the essence of what is going on and then helping to transfer what is going on, Listening and communicating.

I primarily use google docs, powerpoint, canva etc.

Why did you become a journalist?
To be able to share thoughts with my community.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
We really did not have a HS newspaper.

I am most proud of the 8 steps article.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Write...Write...Write
When's the best time to pitch you?
Anytime...I have reserved writing hours in the morning so reviewing pitches would be done early in the morning.

I have not received any.

I have not received a pitch.
What's your favorite drink?
IPA Orange Beer
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Scuba Diving
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
Wired, Forbes, NY Times and HBR are at the top for me.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
Because healthcare has smart people that they are able to convey an idea.
