Derbyshire County Council is set to earmark £7m to fix several landslips, which have affected roads around the county. The most significant has been on Leashaw in Holloway, where the road has been closed since November 2022. The work there is expected to cost £1.1m, with an estimated start date of spring/summer 2026. Problems in Bakewell, Beeley, Barlow and Edale are also expected to be fixed using the funding, which has come from the government.
