Early-stage lung cancer survivors are a growing population. A comprehensive plan to address needs relevant to longer survival (e.g., psychological distress, persistent symptoms, physical function) and clinic capacity is necessary. How to deliver comprehensive survivorship care that meets national standards and results in improved patient outcomes is a challenge. Survivorship clinics staffed by advanced practice providers (APP) are an option to address these needs.
