Aaron Guillen’s Biography

Aaron is a Victoria-based journalist.

He holds a Diploma in Broadcast and Online Journalism from BCIT, where he graduated with honours, and a Certificate of Communications from Douglas College.

Aaron is the recipient of the OMNI Television Award in Broadcast Journalism for co-producing "Half-ipino", a short radio documentary about rediscovering his Filipino roots as a mixed-race person.

Aaron hosts Before I Die, a podcast that questions your own mortality, but in a fun way. He finds out what it was like for his guests to cross a single item off their bucket list for the first time.
