How Lagos-bound NAF aircraft crashed with 32 on boardÂ

All the 32 persons on board a Nigerian military aircraft that crashed on Monday are feared dead. The indication to this effect was contained in a statement by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has activated an immediate search and rescue operation following the crash of the ATR-42 aircraft in Igbokoda, headquarters of Ilaje local government area of Ondo state. The aircraft was on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos when the accident occurred.
