News is now real time. The era of manipulating facts behind the camera at the news room is gone forever. Social media brings checks and balacing to news reporting.

Why did you become a journalist?
I love writing. So I felt it would make sense if I channel that energy toward a higher goal, and journalism it is.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
It was university in my case. I was Union of Campus Journalist LAUTECH chapter.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
All my stories are usually loaded with analytical reasoning, but recently my article on blasphemy in Nigeria, shared in my portfolio, will top the chart. The story reveals the farce behind the crime of blasphemy in the country.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Don't sell your conscience and voice for money!

To report on the stock market! It was really crazy.
