Abstract Late-onset non-infectious pulmonary complications (LONIPCs) are severe late complications after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT), associated with high morbidity and mortality. Lung transplantation (LT) may offer a survival benefit, but is infrequently performed due to concerns regarding outcomes. We conducted a retrospective multicenter study of adult patients who underwent LT for LONIPCs after HCT between 2000 and 2019. Thirty-one centers contributed clinical data.
