How has AI helped you? Not selling anything, just a discussion.
Most of us use AI to check out work, generate answers and general queries. I've been actively experimenting with a combination of creating a second brain of my RE work (e.g. deals, statuses, analysis etc) and utilizing AI to create systems for repeatable workflows (e.g. lead qualification, identifying properties that fit my clients' buy-boxes etc). imo, the second brain has been life-changing and has altered the way I work this profession (and even day to day life).
Wholesaling in a small market
I'm currently based in a small town of ~15,000 people in Humboldt County, Northern California (think ginormous redwood trees and beautiful pacific coast - that pic is Trinidad). The total number of people in my county is approximately 100,000. What tips do you have for people starting out in wholesaling like me? Should I prioritize reaching out to out-of-county investors? or stick to local ones, though much fewer compared to the larger cities. Any advice would be great.
