When I am looking for rental properties for myself, I have a good feel for the rental demand. The numbers can look great, but it is only great if you can find a good tenant quickly. If the property sits for 2-3 months without any tenants there goes your annual cashflow.

Hey everyone, I’m new to real estate investing and joined BiggerPockets because I want to learn from people who are actually doing it.
