Immune-related genes (IRGs) were collected from the ImmPort–Immunology Database and Analysis Portal [21] and InnateDB [22] databases, which contain information concerning genes involved in the human innate immune response. Thus, we obtained 1793 IRGs from the ImmPort and 1040 IRGs from the InnateDB database. In total, we collected 2519 IRGs from the two databases.

1. Introduction An important form of treatment for advanced organ failure is organ transplantation. The number of organ transplants worldwide has dramatically increased despite the effects of COVID-19. The second-largest country in the world for organ transplant surgery is now China (Home, n.d.; Shi et al., 2020). One of China’s primary sources of transplantable organs at the moment is deceased donors. In recent years, the number of organ donors has increased (Home, n.d.; Shi et al., 2020).

We investigated the dynamics of carbonate system which was greatly modulated by a river plume and coastal upwelling in July 2014 and July 2015 at the east coast of Hainan Island where a fringing reef distributes inshore. By using a three end-member mixing model, we semi-quantitatively estimated the removal of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) mediated by biological production in the river plume and upwelled water to be 13±17 ?mol kg?1 and 15±16 ?mol kg?1, respectively.
