Have you ever used a typewriter?
Yes! I learned to type in high school on a typewriter (I think that just aged me). I own a couple of vintage underwood typewriters.
How is social media changing news?
Everything is at your disposal almost immediately, or even live as it's happening. Even if it's happening on the other side of the world.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter, it's so fast moving with SO many different opinions. Love it.
Who do you wish followed you?
I wish some of my favorite authors followed me, just so they could know how their writing has influenced me.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I actually did photography for the high school newspaper.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Anytime, I'm always up for a new story.
What's your favorite drink?
Coffee!! All sorts, all flavors, all temperatures. I can't survive without coffee.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
With my lovely family and the interwebs in my pocket on my phone.

I love to scroll through many news websites, blogs and social media. You can learn so much by reading other viewpoints on the same stories.
