Since co-founding Alexander Wang, Inc., in 2004, Chief Executive Officer Aimie Wang has overseen the company’s daily operations and tremendous growth. By implementing business protocols that emphasize cost-effective production processes, stringent quality control standards, and attentiveness to customer needs, Aimie Wang has overseen the luxury fashion label from a small start-up venture to a brand with an international presence. Under her supervision, the New York City-based design studio has introduced seven product categories, including the T by Alexander Wang signature line, sold in the company’s flagship stores and premier third-party retailers around the globe.
Previously, Aimie Wang co-founded San Francisco, California-based distribution enterprise Aeon Group International. As the company’s Managing Director, she developed a reliable network of Chinese vendors in diverse commodity markets, vetted all potential suppliers for product quality, manufacturing capacity, and production efficiency. Her experience managing supply chain channels and negotiating contracts between manufacturers and buyers at Aeon helped her attain the skills necessary to provide clients with ready access to a consistent, scalable flow of dependable products at prices that allow them to maintain a competitive edge in their industry.
