O West New Phase Fera Residences and Updates
Orascom Development decided to launch the third phase in its project O West. Fera Residences is the latest phase in Owest offering Luxury finished apartments. Construction in the first 2 phases in O west is set to start in October. O West Orascom is located in 6 of October City and is built over 4.2 million square meters. O West Orascom will have access to a major network of roads. Owest is one of Orascom Development Egypt’s integrated town projects.

O West generated more than EGP 2.2 billion in sales
Orascom Development’s CEO Khaled Bichara announced that O west generated more than EGP 2.2 billion in sales since launch. He also announced that the third phase Fera Residences is set to launch in October offering fully finished apartments. Orascom development is also launching a new marina in EL Gouna. The new marina is called “Fanadir Marina” and will offer high end fully finished apartments and penthouses all enjoying the view of the marina with direct access to the red sea.
