Till now, the company has sold a total unsold commercial inventory of 23.92 lakh square feet through open e-auction. Its sale value was Rs 9,656.62 crore.

A ગુજરાતી Published: Dec 06, 2023, 12:38 IST By: Mansi Ranjan અમદાવાદ: ગુજરાત સરકારે પાવર કંપનીઓને 50 ટકા ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ પર જમીન ફાળવવાનું બંધ કરી દીધું છે. હવે વીજ કંપનીઓએ જમીનની સંપૂર્ણ બજાર કિંમત ચૂકવવી પડશે. સપ્ટેમ્બર 2022 માં, ગુજરાત સરકારે ગુજરાત એનર્જી ટ્રાન્સમિશન કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ (GETCO) ને જમીન ફાળવણી પર 50 ટકા રાહત ઓફર કરી હતી. તેઓએ સબસ્ટેશન માટે ગોટામાં 4,900 ચોરસ મીટરનો પ્લોટ ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ દરે ખરીદ્યો હતો. આ પગલાથી રાજ્યમાં રોકાણ વધારવામાં મદદ મળી. ગેટકોએ હવે પ્લોટની સંપૂર્ણ બજાર કિંમત રૂ.

Now, power companies have to pay the complete market value of the land. They purchased a 4,900 square metre plot in Gota for a substation at a discounted rate.

G Noida: OC granted to 5k homes; realtors clear Rs 100 crore dues

The authority only issues occupancy certificates when the promoter pays the land cost dues, obtains a no-dues certificate and completes other formalities.
DDA New Scheme: Penthouse, Super HIG up for registration

As a part of its new housing scheme, the flats are being offered under e-auction mode. Interested applicants can register for 14 penthouses in Dwarka’s Sector-19B, 170 super HIGs and 946 HIGs. Plus, DDA is offering 316 and 647 MIGs in Sector-14 and Lok Nayak Puram, respectively.
