ChatGPT/GPT4 is a nice toy if it's running locally, and we were quite safe while our Deep learning proponents ignored several decades of research in other areas. Their product remained in the information world and would not touch reality.
I attended and presented at the Data Engineering Summit yesterday - a great event! Looking forward to releasing video recordings. In the discussion about organisation aspects of the teams with data and dev ops, one thing that made my skin crawl was to use "persona" when people mean "role", what's called "ontological rattling". Don't talk about persona in organizations unless you are building a marketing campaign.
We talked about this issue in the comments on this post of yours 9 months ago :) I get the sense that you're considering problems where an open-ended search doesn't tell you if you're heading in the right direction. So for example, if we play Marco Polo, when I shout "Marco" and everybody else shouts "Polo," this gives me some information about where they are. They might move, but they can't necessarily move fast enough to avoid me.
