Allen Huang

Hi! My name is Allen Huang, and I am a media relations intern working to create explanatory articles for EARTHDAY.ORG, where I discuss various topics and their relevance towards our environment. Graduating with a master's degree in Media Studies at Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications in May 2024, I have always had a sharp interest in American sociopolitical issues in my research, writing and analysis. Before that, I graduated Skidmore College in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree, majoring in American Studies along with a minor in Media and Film Studies.

While at school, I have worked as a research assistant for Newhouse's Center for Global Engagement, an opinion columnist to the Daily Orange, and had been a member of the Syracuse chapter of the Asian American Journalists Association. You can see my works here or at linktr.ee/allenxhuang.
