Allison Spinner’s Biography
Attorney Allison Spinner maintains involvement in a wide range of professional and charitable endeavors in the Silicon Valley area. A longtime resident of the region, Ms. Spinner received her Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Stanford University, where she studied political science. Following receipt of her undergraduate degree, Allison Spinner enrolled at Columbia Law School, in New York, where she continued to evolve her professional aspirations.
A Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, Ms. Spinner found herself increasingly drawn to corporate law. At the end of a yearlong clerkship in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Allison Spinner became an Associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati (WSGR), effectively launching her career in corporate law.
