About Risks and challenges This is Little Red Bird's sixth Kickstarter project. We've had successful campaigns for three comics, an art book, and a comic anthology, and we're excited to add these new projects to our catalogue! The art is in progress and on schedule for our delivery dates.

This is a selection from Comics for Choice, a forthcoming anthology about abortion currently holding an IndieGoGo campaign. Proceeds will go to the National Network of Abortion Funds (NNAF). Rachel Wilson is a writer from the UK whose work has appeared online at i-D, The Guardian, Broadly, Noisey and more. She also works as a freelance editor and translator, as well as grappling with her hand-me-down film camera in her spare time. Ally Shwed is a cartoonist and writer, originally from New Jersey.

About this project Risks and challenges The art is completed, from book to reward design, so all we need are the funds to make the project happen! A lot of sweat and tears (seriously--SO MANY BAD DATES) have gone into its creation thus far, so we're committed to getting it published. Pending any vendor shipping delays (of which we'd keep you aware via backer updates) we're confident this project can and will happen--with your support.

About this project Risks and challenges The comic started as sketches for my submission to The Sketchbook Project (sketchbookproject.com). As such, all the drawings are finished, and I'm currently in the process of readying the pages for the risograph printing. I have experience with Kickstarter: I've successfully funded my last two books and have been part of a few group projects in the past--so I know the ins and outs of running a campaign.
