Why did you become a journalist?
A trip to a morning show in New York City inspired me and made me realize I could do big things in this field.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No I did not.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
A volunteer story in Panama about a school opened in Bocas del Toro to help children attend school who wouldn't otherwise get the chance.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Always follow your gut and double check your sources. Your work and drive will speak for itself.
