Multi-omics analysis of hypoxia-mitochondrial energy metabolism and programmed cell death profiling in Parkinson’s disease
Abstract Hypoxia and mitochondrial energy metabolism (MEM) impairment are pivotal features of Parkinson’s disease (PD), yet the regulators linking hypoxic stress to mitochondrial failure remain elusive. Here we integrated multiple transcriptomic datasets from the substantia nigra to characterize the hypoxia and MEM landscape.

Strong transverse magneto-optical Kerr effect at normal incidence based on hybrid bound states in the continuum
Efficient transverse magneto-optical Kerr effect (TMOKE) at the nanoscale has attracted great interest in recent years due to the highly desirable properties it offers in nonreciprocal photonic devices. Extensive efforts have been made to achieve strong TMOKE based on the efficient absorption of magneto-optical material by using optical resonance with a high Q factor and enhanced electromagnetic field.
Disjoint cycles in tournaments and bipartite tournaments
A conjecture proposed by Bermond and Thomassen in 1981 states that every digraph with minimum out-degree at least 2 k − 1 $2k-1$ contains k $k$ vertex disjoint directed cycles for any integer k ≥ 1 $k\ge 1$ , which has received substantial attention. This conjecture has been confirmed for k ≤ 3 $k\le 3$ .

4.2.2. Test Results In terms of system identification of test specimen, SSAWT-oMAMD is applied to two cases: (1) damage identification of bridge tower, and (2) parameter identification of damper. For damage identification of the bridge tower, the time history of acceleration at the top of the bridge tower and its SSAWT under the 0.4 g (PGA) earthquake input are given in Figure 17.
