Do you have an automotive side hustle?
I do a few different things. As far as automotive, I designed billet aluminum center caps for A.R.E. wheels so Torque Thrust and other model wheels can look unique or have a more factory appearance. Also fabricate chassis reinforcements and reproduce some parts for 2nd gen GM F body cars. Laboratory Fourteen is the name of the company. lab-14.com is the online store. One of my employees spotted this today. He stopped, "He said a guy up the street offered him $850 of he would hold it until Friday. I think it could be yours for less." I do have contact info if anyone DMs me. It's around Littlestown, PA. I'm going to try to ignore that I ever saw this creation that I don't need in my life. They cut juuuuust enough of the MR2 that I don't want to buy it and throw the dragster part back on the forum for $50.

Great Moments in $2000 Challenge History: Hot Wheels CRX
If you were buying die-cast cars during the heyday of the sport-compact scene, then this 1988 Honda CRX Si that showed up at our $2003 Challenge might look familiar. At the same time, you could find a 1/18-scale Hot Wheels CRX sporting the same color scheme. Clever, huh? Like the smaller version, this one also featured a turbocharged engine–although, the team admits, three turbos donated their parts to make one functioning unit.

With 405hp on tap, our C5 Z06 project wasn’t exactly suffering for thrust, but with modern factory Corvettes pushing 450+ up to over 700hp, there’s always room to improve when it comes to the get up and go. Our first stop on the way to more power was an intake manifold from F.A.S.T., widened with a 92mm opening.

Some information and may be different.] That original Mazda RX-7 revolutionized our little corner of the world, but you can argue that it was a little primitive for the second half of the 1980s. Carburetors, stick rear axles and recirculating ball steering were seen as vestiges of the ’70s, not the tools for a modern world. It was time for an all-new RX-7, which Mazda delivered for the 1986 model year.

$2015 Challenge: Celebrating the Country’s Top Low-Buck Builders

Texas A&M brought a very well-sorted turbo Mazda Miata and absolutely dominated the autocross portion of the event. The "Mumpkin" finished third this year. It turned out to be a good year for turbo Mazda Miatas. If you've ever played the popular "Gran Turismo" video games, you'll probably recognize this car.
