Angel and her husband have two children who are active in sports. Their daughter is a two-time Junior Olympian in Taekwondo and trains at a high-performance level to compete in the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Their son began sports at age four, starting with baseball and track. Over time, he developed an interest in boxing and is now a registered USA amateur boxer training at Palm Beach Boxing.
