I saw Aniyo Kore live by accident years ago, bought the CD that night and played it on repeat. The mix of creaking guitars, rumbling beats, mellow vocals and glitchy samples was something I just hadn't heard. Rediscovering it through Bandcamp (this record isn't on Spotify) ten years later I can say: It still holds up.
