An Alaska Airlines Boeing 737-9 MAX, registration N704AL performing flight AS-1282 from Portland,OR to Ontario,CA (USA) with 171 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Portland's runway 28L when one of the cabin windows/emergency exits and its holding panel as well as parts of one un-occupied seat (seat row 26) separated from the aircraft, the passenger oxygen masks were released.
JAL A359 at Tokyo on Jan 2nd 2024, collided with Coast Guard DH8C on runway and burst into flames
A JAL Japan Airlines Airbus A350-900, registration JA13XJ performing flight JL-516 from Sapporo to Tokyo Haneda (Japan) with 367 passengers and 12 crew, landed on Haneda's runway 34R at 17:47L (08:47Z) in night time conditions but collided with a Japanese Coast Guard Dash 8-300 registration JA722A (Coast Guard code MA722) on the runway shortly after touchdown and burst into flames.
Thai A333 at Bangkok on Sep 8th 2013, runway excursion on landing
A Thai Airways Airbus A330-300, registration HS-TEF performing flight TG-679 from Guangzhou (China) to Bangkok (Thailand) with 287 passengers and 14 crew, landed on Bangkok's runway 19L at about 23:30L (16:30Z) but veered right off the runway and came to a stop with all gear on soft ground about 1700 meters down the runway, a large plume of dust rose above the aircraft initially creating fears of a crash followed by smoke from the right hand engine. The aircraft was evacuated via slides.
LAM E190 over Botswana/Namibia on Nov 29th 2013, captain intentionally crashed aircraft
Namibia's Directorate of Aircraft Accident Investigations (DAAI) released an interim report reporting that the aircraft was enroute at FL380 shortly after the mandatory reporting point EXEDU, when the aircraft began a rapid descent.

A LAM Linhas Aereas de Mocambique Embraer ERJ-190, registration C9-EMC performing flight TM-470 from Maputo (Mozambique) to Luanda (Angola) with 28 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL380 over northern Botswana in clear weather when the aircraft suddenly began to descend at about 6000 feet per minute until radar contact and radio contact was lost with the aircraft at about 11:30Z.
Thai A346 near Bangkok on Feb 26th 2015, turbulence injures 11
A Thai Airways Airbus A340-600, registration HS-TNF performing flight TG-641 from Tokyo Narita (Japan) to Bangkok (Thailand) with 227 passenges and 24 crew, was descending through FL210 towards Bangkok at about 15:24L (08:24Z) when the aircraft encountered turbulence causing injuries to 11 occupants. The aircraft continued for a safe landing on Bangkok's runway 19R about 20 minutes later. One passenger received a serious injury (fracture), 10 received minor injuries.
