Have you ever used a typewriter?
Briefly, as a kid. Never actually to write anything of importance.
What's your favorite social network?
Twitter. Better than watching CNN. All the latest news in one place plus get some comic relief inbetween
Why did you become a journalist?
Have always loved sports, especially talking and debating it. Writing was the best way for me to vent my passion of doing so.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
No. I kept to myself most of HS. Graduated from HS and went to college to become writer, didn't work at first and ended up blogging.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
An article on Pedro Alvarez I wrote last season. How it was now or never for him as a player.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Never give up, and never be afraid. I'm still aspiring as well, I try to live by those two rules.
