2023 Round 2 NFL Mock Draft: Anthony Staggs
We ended night one with a sweat for John Daigle and Scott Smith trying to take down the 2023 Mock Draft crown but fell just short. But the draft does go on and some players ranked as high as the mid-teens on my board remain. Last Updated: April 28th, 2023 32. Pittsburgh Steelers: Joey Porter Jr, CB, Penn State Insert Round 1 copy here (kidding but not really): The Pittsburgh Steelers end up with a fallback option that fans will immediately recognize due to his father’s legacy.
2023 NFL Mock Draft: Ryan Noonan's Day 2 Predictions for Rounds 2 & 3
With a wild first round now in the books, let's take a look at how Day 2 could shake out. A handful of familiar names remain, some of which felt like first-round locks just 24 hours ago, including Will Levis, Joey Porter Jr, and Michael Mayer. For this exercise, I did my best to line up team positional needs and, when applicable, player and team visits. Of course, there are plenty of instances where teams select players that they didn't have an official visit with.
Scott Smith’s Final 2023 Mock Draft
2023 NFL Mock Draft 1. Carolina Panthers - Bryce Young, QB, Alabama No need to overthink things here. The word has been out over the last few weeks and Young will be the pick. It would be a huge shock if it were anyone else. 2. Houston Texans - Will Anderson Jr, EDGE, Alabama This is where things get shaky. QBs are certainly in play but ultimately I believe this pick comes down to Anderson or Tyree Wilson. Anderson gets the nod because he is higher in most evaluations and has a cleaner bill of health.
Final Pre-Draft Dynasty Rookie Mock
It’s Draft day, and that means it’s time to evaluate the mock draft averages one last time. Below is a composite list of mock drafts over the last week from several fantasy websites with each selection averaged out. I’ll let you know if each player has risen or fallen since the last mock I posted, and give a small critique about each selection. If you like what you see, follow me on Twitter @MikeEHavens or read some of my other articles at Dynasty League Football.
The Fantasy Football Impact of Devin Singletary to the Houston Texans
On Monday, March 20, the Houston Texans signed running back Devin Singletary to a one-year, $3.75M contract. Heading into his fifth NFL season, this will be his first year outside of a Buffalo Bills uniform as he heads to Texas to complement sophomore Dameon Pierce. Singletary had a consistent role with the Bills, notching a breakout 2021 season when he eclipsed 1,000 scrimmage yards (1,098) and found the end zone a total of eight times.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Beverley Barrage From Deep for Bulls
With injuries or returns from injury happening, there are plenty of uncertain situations on the 10-game slate tonight, but there are matchups worth taking a look and at juicy prices. Check out all the tools 4for4 has to aid in your daily prep.

Drake London Has a Path to Fantasy Success in Atlanta
The first offensive skill player taken in the 2022 NFL Draft was wide receiver Drake London to the Atlanta Falcons. Along with Kyle Pitts, Atlanta hopes to field one of the best young pass-catching duos in the league. Recent history has shown that first-round wide receivers can not only have an immediate fantasy impact but be league-winning picks. London has the profile to be one of those players but his fantasy upside in 2022 may be limited by the Falcons’ quarterback situation.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Finding Value
Friday Night brings us just one incredible matchup. The No. 2-seeded Memphis has found a worthy adversary in No. 7-seeded Minnesota, with the Grizzlies holding a tenuous 3-2 lead. Tonight, we travel to Minnesota for a Game 6, as the Timberwolves face a "win-or-go-home" ultimatum. The opening round battle between Memphis and Minnesota has been the most exciting series of the NBA playoffs.
USFL Week 3: Best Bets
It is USFL betting season at 4for4 and with that comes a new weekly article covering one of the football leagues vying for your eyeballs as we wait for the NFL to return. Another product your eyeballs should be locked on during the USFL season is Run The Sims. 4for4 has partnered with RTS and is offering 10% off their products with the coupon code 4for4. 4for4 partnering with Run The Sims is the best partnership since Shea Patterson and below-average quarterback play.
Best Ball Mania Bible: Positional Draft Strategies
The foundation for being a winning best ball player is understanding positional allocation and roster construction, topics we have already mastered for Underdog Best Ball Mania tournaments with the help of 4for4’s Roster Construction Tool. Taking these concepts a step further, data from top Best Ball Mania lineups over the last two seasons can help inform fantasy managers when they should be drafting each position, in addition to how many players at each position to draft.
Ryan Noonan's Final 2022 NFL Mock Draft
Alright, it's time to submit the final answers to the test. This is such a unique year. We're missing the surefire quarterbacks at the top of the draft, and we have eight teams with multiple first-round selections. That adds a level of intrigue and speculation that makes accurate mocking difficult. I had 12 correct player/team pairings last season and finished 15th out of 181 'Mockers', but I'll be surprised if someone gets to 10 this season. Let's jump in.
2022 NFL Draft: Top-10 Pick Odds, Predictions & Bets
Every year someone asks me what my favorite time of the year is as a sports bettor. I’m sure they anticipate me saying the NFL or NCAAB season as those are the two core sports I bet on. The answer is neither one of those sports, though, it’s the NFL Draft. Every year I have more action on the draft than half an NFL season combined. You might think that’s insane but the reality is it’s the softest market of the year, and it’s solely information-based.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Lowering the Batum in Minnesota
It's NBA Play-In game time! The NBA playoffs kick-off tonight with both No. 7 vs. No 8 matchups ready for a "win-and-in" ultimatums. The Eastern Conference starts the evening with the Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers meeting with identical 44-38 records. The Nets earned the home-court advantage and look to beat the Cavaliers in Brooklyn for the second time in just five games. Cleveland is still without star big man Jarrett Allen (16.1 PPG, 10.8 RPG), who is out with a finger injury.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Backing the Beard
We've got a delicious 11-game slate in the Association tonight, so let's get down to business. Don't forget to utilize our NBA Player Prop Tool and NBA Prop Stat Explorer Tool to identify more value plays for tonight. And, of course, be active in our Discord for updates and more picks. I like hanging out in there as well, so come say hello! *Lines accurate at the time of publication.
2022 NFL Draft Prop Bet: First Overall Draft Pick
Every year, one of the least sharp markets available to football fans who like to wager is that of the “NFL Player Selection Meeting”, better known as the NFL Draft. Sportsbooks are great at setting fairly close betting lines when the data in play are largely agreed-upon stats and metrics—but the draft demands a more hybrid approach.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Thursday, March 10th, 2022
While lines have gotten slightly sharper over the last year, player props remain one of the most exploitable markets in betting. Below you will find some props I found to be particularly valuable across several sportsbooks for Thursday, March 10th. If you want to find your own props to bet on, check out our NBA Player Prop tool and NBA Player Prop Stat Explorer. Note: All lines posted were accurate at the time of being posted in our subscriber Discord.
NFL Combine Review and Comparisons: Wide Receivers
Didn't the NFL season just end two weeks ago? Yes, but over at 4for4, we are team #NoOffseason. This week, the NFL Combine is going on, and is the first big offseason milestone with fun like free agency, the NFL draft, and much more to come! There's been criticism of the usefulness of the NFL combine, both from NFL teams and in fantasy circles. Notably, the Los Angeles Rams did not send either head coach Sean McVay or general manager Les Snead to Indianapolis this week.

NBA Player Prop Bets: A Refreshed & Replenished Embiid
We've shaken the rust off and now head into our second night of NBA action after the All-Star break. Friday gives us a strong nine-game slate featuring some fantastic matchups of elite players. First, we examine Philadelphia's Joel Embiid, who is the clear frontrunner for NBA MVP, as he travels to Minnesota to face a Timberwolves team on the second night of back-to-back games. Next, we focus on a fantastic Eastern Conference matchup between the Heat and the Knicks.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Sunday Special
With only 14 days remaining in the NBA’s regular season, the playoff picture is still yet to be painted. Multiple positions are up for grabs with this year's Play-In model, which will allow the top 10 teams from each conference an opportunity to compete for the final eight spots. This Sunday blesses us with an eight-game slate, kicking off with an Eastern Conference showdown between the Brooklyn Nets and Milwaukee Bucks.
NBA Best Bets: Riding Again on Derby Day
Happy Derby Day! I love the Kentucky Derby. It’s without a doubt one of the few days I have circled on my calendar each year. The race is always fun as are the races leading up to the Derby, which is very conveniently scheduled to finish right as we start a loaded NBA slate. In the spirit of Derby Day, we are going to ride with an underdog tonight. Let’s break down that pick and looked through the rest of the games.
2021 NFL Draft: Live Fantasy Recap (Rounds 4-7)
The third and final day of the 2021 NFL Draft (Rounds 4-7) begins Saturday at 12 p.m. ET. After two days of hosting 4for4's first ever NFL Draft Watch Party, I will be updating this page with analysis of the fantasy implications of each skill position pick. Since opportunity is crucial for a rookie, we assign a grade for each, given the player's opportunity for playing time in 2021. Don’t get too excited about this crop of mid- to late-round rookies.
2021 Round 2 NFL Mock Draft
At 4for4 we are known for accuracy—even in our mock drafts, as my 2021 round one mock draft finished tied for seventh in mock accuracy in The Huddle Report's accuracy scoring, alongside our friend Evan Silva. We're going to try to run it back with a round two mock draft. I think some of the options and fits on Day Two of the draft could be even better than Day One. Entering Day Two, below are the top 10 remaining players on my board.
11 NFL Draft Predictions With Fantasy Implications
After months of debating rookie fantasy values and making mock draft predictions, the 2021 NFL Draft is days away. Literally. Round 1 of the draft kicks off on Thursday. To celebrate draft week, we got the 4for4 staff together in a virtual draft room to share draft predictions they believe will have huge fantasy football implications.
NBA Best Bets: An Under-ful Start to the Week
Happy marvelous Memphis Monday! Love those Grizzlies, I might have to get a hat or shirt if they keep covering for us like this. They play again tonight, but more on that later. We have a packed slate tonight. Teams have 12 or fewer games remaining before the playoffs and are making sure they finish the season the “right” way depending on their goals.
2021 NFL Draft Prop Bet: Eric Stokes O/U 47.5
With the NFL Draft just a few days away, the player prop market continues to mature with additional bets and line movement. Today, we are back with another play, this time looking at Georgia cornerback Eric Stokes. Mentioned by 4for4’s Connor Allen in Discord, Stokes continues to rise up draft boards late in the process. Unlike other markets, the NFL Draft remains information based. Following trends, news and mock drafts from NFL insiders can point to specific edges in the market.
NBA Player Prop Bets: In Norman Powell We Trust
With many of the teams playing today still closely in reach of a playoff position, each game is becoming more and more critical to solidifying the 10 spots in each conference. The NBA Play-In Tournament is just a month away, so prepare for some nailbiters! Make sure to also utilize our NBA Player Prop Tool when searching for valuable prop plays of the day. (Today is the last day the prop tool will be free to use.) *Betting lines accurate at the time of publication.
NBA Best Bets: Underdog Friday
Happy Friday! There are 11 games in the Association this evening and several are even good. With only four games last night, most teams had a night to recover and prepare for tonight. As we barrel towards the end of this compressed season, it’s nice to see few yeses in the table below for once. Let’s take a look at each game, take advantage of a few value spots, and examine the rest for any other possible options.
2021 Dynasty Superflex/TE-Premium Rookie Mock Draft
I recently had the pleasure of hosting a Superflex/TE-Premium (1.5 PPR points for TEs, 1 PPR for WRs and RBs) rookie mock draft with some of the 4for4 dynasty staff members and friends from around the fantasy industry. Why a rookie draft that was both Superflex and TE-Premium? The selfish answer: To see how high Kyle Pitts would be selected. The incoming tight end rookie prospect is being dubbed by some as a generational talent at the tight end position.
2021 NFL Draft Bet: Jaylen Waddle Over Pick 11.5
After a successful bout of March Madness bets, and NBA bets in full swing, it’s time to get cracking on the NFL Draft. Understanding who to trust and when to act on information is crucial. The NFL Draft is largely an information market and, therefore, acting quickly on solid info is vital. I’ll be posting all my bets in our subscriber-only Discord with optional push notifications prior to writing them up in an article to make sure everyone gets the same number I do.

NBA Player Prop Bets: Enjoy the Late-Night Steph Curry Fireworks
It’s mentioned every week but make sure you check injury reports before placing any bets because the number of players listed as questionable increases every night. With that said, there is always value to be found as a result of spare usage. Also, make sure to check out the 4for4 player prop tool to help you find some value. Let’s make this weekend a profitable one! *Betting lines accurate at the time of publication.
NBA Best Bets: Going Under on a Sloppy Saturday
Welcome to the weekend! Although today's slate is stacked with games, almost every team is facing a bad scheduling spot or injury concerns. The NBA has about 42 days for each team to fit in roughly 22 games before the season ends. The theme of scheduling difficulties and injury questions is going to continue and will likely get even worse, so be careful over the next month-and-a-half when betting on the NBA.
2021 NCAA Tournament Final Four Bets
Even though there are only three games left in the college basketball season, there’s plenty of time to make money. For the final slate of games, I have teamed up with Matt Gajewski to share both of our favorite bets for the Final Four and the 2021 NCAA Tournament Championship. This article will focus on the Final Four. Matt had some strong opinions on two sides for the Final Four while I mostly stuck to player props. Let’s dive in... 2021 NCAA Tournament: Final Four Bets Baylor (1) vs.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Jrue Holiday Blazes Through Portland
March Madness is down to the Final Four is on deck, baseball has started, and the national focus is turning to the NFL Draft, but this is a great time to be in on NBA player props. Roles are starting to solidify after the trade deadline and teams are letting us know their intentions for the rest of the season. All that should aid us in finding value in the prop market. Another way to do that is by taking a look at our new Player Prop Tool.

2021 NCAA Tournament Elite 8 Bets: Day 1
This has truly been a spectacular tournament so far with a lot of close games and unexpected runs from double-digit seeds Oral Roberts (15), Oregon State (12), and UCLA (11). Oral Roberts' journey may be over but Oregon State pulled off another upset over Loyola Chicago to stick around one more round. We are down to just two games a day now, so I’ll likely be sprinkling in some player props in addition to my usual totals and sides.
2021 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 Bets: Day 2
After an exciting start to March Madness, college basketball makes its return this Sunday for Day 2 of the Sweet 16. With highly competitive contests across the board, betting markets remain exploitable, even at this time of year. With every team playing twice except Oregon, the market remains ripe for over-correction. Certain Cinderella teams can benefit from a quick turnaround in the opening rounds of the tournament.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Harrison Barnes Hits the Boards
The trade deadline has come and gone and what it means for bettors is some volatility in player availability, rotations and style of play. This isn’t breaking news but beat writers are more essential now than any other time of the season, so make sure to double-check the news on a player before placing bets on any props. With that said, all the changes mean there should be value to find while players settle into new situations, so let’s make it a profitable Saturday.
Fantasy Free Agency Winners & Losers (2021)
The bulk of free agency is over, so I thought I’d compile a list of fantasy “winners” and “losers,” taking into account all of the big signings thus far. I’ve been blurbing each major signing as they happen, so check the Fantasy Free Agency Tracker for more detail. The 4for4 Staff has also written up individual in-depth profiles of this free agency class—read them all.
2021 NCAA Tournament Second Round Bets: Day 1
My first column had its fair share of successes and failures. Utah State did slow down Texas Tech’s offense, allowing them to only score 23 points in the first half. Texas Tech proceeded to go on a 22-2 run in the second half, ending any hopes or dreams of Utah State winning, or even covering. Utah State also shot themselves in the foot with 21 turnovers.
2021 NCAA Tournament First Round Bets: Day 2
After an exciting day one of March Madness games, the NCAA Tournament has queued up a solid run back on Saturday. With highly competitive contests across the board, betting markets remain exploitable even at this time of year. For house-keeping purposes, the NCAA uses quadrant wins to rank strength of schedule for these teams.
Washington's Offense Just Got a Fantasy-Booster Shot
On March 15, Ryan Fitzpatrick did what he does best and signed a one-year deal, crushing the dreams of another young quarterback. The Washington Football Team and Fitzpatrick agreed to a contract worth $10 million, and with that, the 38-year old becomes Washington’s starter, at least to begin the 2021 season. The team also inked wideout Curtis Samuel to a three-year deal on March 17th, bringing in another weapon for what's shaping up to be an exciting offense.
NBA Player Prop Bets: Underestimating Steph Curry is a Bad Idea
We are blessed with a compelling 11-game slate to kick off the second half of the NBA season. Only two weeks remain before the NBA trade deadline, meaning we have a lot of excitement ahead of us. With plenty of games and props to pick from, let’s take a deeper look at three of my favorite player props for tonight.
2021 NFL Draft Top 150 Big Board (Final)
With just a few days until the NFL Draft kicks off, I have put the final touches on my Big Board. Below you will find all 150 players who make up my Big Board, with short scouting reports for the Top-100 offensive skill players and some players outside of the Top 100 who intrigue me. You can also check out my 2021 NFL Mock Draft to see how I envision round one of the draft playing out, plus I also have a resource breaking down each team's biggest needs and draft capital.
BestBall10s Strategy: Roster Construction
If you’re already jonesing for fantasy football content and aren’t really into dynasty (or even if you are), best ball is starting to ramp up, and now’s the perfect time to dive into what worked and what didn’t last season, with a look at what’s to come for 2021. For this specific piece, I’ll focus on the roster construction for Bestball10s leagues, which boast full-PPR scoring, defenses and sadly, no kickers.
2021 Fantasy Free Agency Preview
The NFL's free agency period begins on March 17, though teams can legally negotiate with players' agents beginning on March 15. In the table below, I've compiled the "key" free agents at the four primary fantasy positions (QB, RB, WR and TE), sorted by their 2020 per game average (half-PPR). Their status indicates whether the player is unrestricted, restricted, or an exclusive rights free agent.
