Production listings editor for a industry trade called Below The Line. I kept track of everything filming with a crew all over the world.

It is driving the mainstream news, creating the content and is the new valuable metric for relevance, unfortunately.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

Accepting the fact people will try to curry favor with you constantly. And they're not your friend.

Email is best.

Why did you become a journalist?

I kept writing down my stories and someone paid me for them, then gave me a staff job.

Be thorough and do your homework, let the subject speak. Have a passion for whatever it is you cover.
