Ardavon Moayer is a sales leader with extensive experience in the real estate industry. He has built a strong career developing talent and creating high-performing sales teams. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, he was once a semi-professional soccer player before shifting his focus to real estate. His early success came from his deep market understanding and ability to identify growth opportunities within new and established communities.

His journey has been defined by passion, competitiveness, and teamwork. His background in sports taught him discipline, focus, and resilience, qualities that continue to guide him in business. Ardavon’s Professional Career

National Trainer, Cannonball Moments

In his most recent role as National Trainer at Cannonball Moments, he used his experience in new home sales to help teams meet their objectives. He conducted onsite training sessions for builders and developers nationwide, designing programs tailored to organizational goals and sales strategies. His work focused on sales training, customer relations, and leadership. He also collaborated with executive teams to evaluate training needs and implement solutions that improved performance outcomes.

Director of Sales and Marketing, DRB Homes

Before joining Cannonball Moments, Ardavon served as Director of Sales and Marketing at DRB Homes in Orlando, Florida. Reporting to the Division President and the National VP of Sales and Marketing, he managed due diligence projects, including environmental reviews, traffic assessments, and utility coordination. He built strong relationships with local organizations and vendors while negotiating with developers, landowners, and regulatory bodies to achieve favorable agreements.

His role also included overseeing site development, working with contractors to ensure compliance with local standards, and leading a team responsible for opening nine communities. He introduced new marketing strategies that helped grow the company’s presence across Florida.

Director of Sales, Dream Finders Homes

Ardavon began his career with Dream Finders Homes in 2020 as a Sales Consultant and was promoted to Area Manager, then Director of Sales within a year. In this position, he led more than 20 sales professionals and several Area Managers in Orlando, guiding the launch of the Tampa Division. His strong operational understanding and involvement across all business functions, from evaluating land and setting pricing to managing marketing and lender relationships, were essential to the division’s successful rollout.

Ardavon was instrumental in expanding operations in both Orlando and Tampa, coordinating with municipalities and community organizations to build awareness and manage projects efficiently. His ability to navigate complex development processes helped deliver high-quality communities on schedule.

He earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Seminole State College in Central Florida. Additionally, he is a Certified Federal and State Paralegal through the Blackstone Institute and holds a Corporate Finance & Environmental Governance certification.

Outside of his professional work, he taught himself to play the piano at age 26, an example of his commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth.
