I'm in the middle of trying to work a deal on a 3bd/1 ba single family property in my area. This would be my first deal and I'm looking to do the BRRRR method. It's a very profitable deal that could net me anywhere between $ 82,500 to $172,500. Im working with a hard money lender, but the problem that I'm running into is coming up with the down payment.
