Ashraf Malik is an Indian entrepreneur, blogger, and personal branding consultant based in Bareilly, India. He is the founder and CTO of StartupLy, a news agency headquartered in New Delhi, India. Ashraf was born on 12 August 1996 in an Indian Muslim family of Yusuf Malik in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Ashraf Malik has always wanted to be a successful entrepreneur and blogger. He started his career by working as a front-end developer at the Indian Institute of Hardware Technology, Gurgaon. About five months after joining, he left the Institute of Hardware Technology and returned to Bareilly.
