Switched from Paxil to Zoloft. Has anyone else?
Good news for you guys, Zoloft is one of the best SSRI's for treating SA. I have taken Zoloft myself and unfortunately it causes drowsiness so I stopped taking it after sleeping so much all the time. Long story short, I have tried all of the medications out there for SA, and to this day I prefer to deal with SA myself (no medication what so ever). Exposure therapy has worked for me.
Hi all, I probably have mentioned the topic of depression before but I have never really talked more about how my own depression gets triggered. I don't know if the kind that I have is Seasonal?, but i do have a family member that has this so maybe that's why I have the same thing, not sure. I usually feel much more depressed when going for long walks lately, though I stick to walking downtown areas which helps a bit. I also listen to music, maybe half way or the whole way.
Do you make the first move (question for the guys here)
Hi all, this is a question for the guys out there. If your a woman please don't answer the poll. I will explain a bit about myself when it comes to this. I myself have not made the first move in the past couple decades (except for maybe 2 or 3 times which were unsuccessful anyways), and yeah I am single to this day but my past experience has changed my perspective a little bit. Please answer the poll and maybe let me know what you think in a reply below...thanks.

Who here is currently in a relationship? Would you rather be alone?
So if anyone knows me some what from my other posts you might know that the last time I was in a relationship was around 2009, officially, and at that time the "relationship" lasted maybe about 3-4 months. I can honestly admit I have been picky with the potential relationships I've had in the past. But the feeling of loneliness has always been something that bothered me quite a bit.
Do you ever feel like change in your life may not happen? Or your just afraid of it?
It's been over 3 years I have been living room room mates and no relationship just yet and I feel like nothing more advanced than this lifestyle could ever happen as if I am afraid of change even though I want it. Just curious if anyone here feels the same?. I do believe I will keep trying to change things but it's just hard to imagine anything actually happening which almost feels like this feeling is making it harder to make any change in the first place.

Melodic death metal band VARICES to release debut full-length album ‘THE UNDOING’
Swedish melodic death metal band VARICES is set to release their first full-length album ‘THE UNDOING.’ Although influenced by the Gothenburg style of death metal, the album takes a dynamic approach to the genre by incorporating a healthy dose of traditional heavy metal and modern extreme metal. ‘THE UNDOING’ aligns musically with its lyrical themes, which focus on the violent end of this world and the rebirth of a new one that is just as dysfunctional.

The Ready Set present Cherryland - Live Review
The Ready Set performed a few months ago at The Hollywood Palladium, opening for Boys Like Girls and playing just a few selections from his very vast career early in the evening. With so many songs to choose from along with a just released, career defining new album, it was very exciting to find out that Jordan Witzigreuter and his much-revered band would be performing a headlining set at The Echo focusing heavily on new material.

Sikdope Delivers On New Remix For "The Violence" By Asking Alexandria
Asking Alexandria might be one of your favorite bands from high school if Stand Up And Scream was an influence on you, but they’re still putting out music as recently as this past July. Their new single “The Violence” is a modern, angsty punk rocker that reminds us they’re still here. Now, Sikdope has gotten a hold of the single and given it an electronic jolt in the ass. Immediately, it becomes apparent that Sikdope is as good or better than Asking Alexandria’s own producer.
