The Biden administration’s $27 billion Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), created in 2022 under the Inflation Reduction Act, was designed to help finance clean energy projects in low-income communities.

They want to abolish the Senate, the Electoral College and ICE, defund the Department of War and “demilitarize police departments,” and replace both the presidency and the Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary “chosen by and subordinate to Congress.” They’re the Democratic Socialists of America, and the group’s platform has resonated with voters such that seven DSA-backed House candidates are likely headed to Congress after the November midterms, the organization says.
‘It ought to be criminal’: American border ranchers still reeling from Biden-era ‘invasion’ with little help on the horizon
“It’s called treason, you know. But D.C. people get away with it,” said Martin Wall, a fifth-generation Texas rancher about what happened under Joe Biden. Wall said that at the height of the surge, 500 to 600 illegal migrants crossed his land daily, cutting his fences, smashing his equipment, defecating on his property and even breaking into his kitchen. In Arizona, fifth-generation rancher Jim Chilton saw the same siege and said three people died on his land in 2024 alone. One was murdered.
